It's been really great working with Chris on this site. I've hired some programmers in the past and his work stands head and shoulders over any previous products. I can tell he puts a lot of thought into his work and it definitely shows - the site had very few glitches considering the size and many functions that it has. Also, he's very meticulous when it comes to design, layout, etc. and it serves to convey a highly professional appearance. He's been pushing me in the direction of working out every detail before a line of code is written. His grasp on architecture is clearly one of the many things that separate him from the average developer.
